Swing into Spring : Hip Mobility

Our 2nd part of the Swing into Spring series focuses on the importance of hip rotation and stability. The hip is designed to be a very mobile joint, think ball and socket. It also has to be stable in rotation sports like golf and tennis in order to prevent swaying or sliding, like tree trunks.
