Shannon is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with a diverse academic background. She earned her B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communication in 2013, but her passion for fitness led her to pursue a career in personal training, a path she has wholeheartedly embraced. In 2021, Shannon transitioned from the publishing industry to further her education by obtaining an M.S. in Sports Science and Rehabilitation, which she successfully completed in December 2023.
Her enthusiasm for athletics and fitness originated during her high school years, where she played golf—a passion that remains strong today. In August 2023, she obtained her Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) certification and continuously seeks to expand her knowledge of effective exercises and practices that enhance her clients’ strength, mobility, performance, and overall health. By establishing a solid foundation, Shannon thrives in an athletic environment where goal-setting and tailored programming empower her clients to achieve their objectives both on and off the golf course.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Shannon enjoys getting lost in a good book, chasing after her children, and training for upcoming obstacle course races with her husband.
