Corey McCurdy

D.C., A.R.T.

Dr. Corey McCurdy graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic, Florida Campus, in December of 2022 where he was awarded the Clinic Excellence Award along with his Doctorate of Chiropractic. Dr. Corey pursued his undergraduate studies just down the road from where he grew up at Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh, PA where he acquired his Bachelor’s degree in Biology with a Concentration in Pre-med and a minor in Chemistry. Dr. McCurdy was also a part of the NCAA Division 1 men’s soccer team at RMU where he played 4 years of collegiate soccer. At RMU is where Dr. McCurdy decided to pursue a career as a chiropractor after suffering what he was told was a season ending hamstring injury during an NCAA game. Dr. Corey received chiropractic care that consisted of chiropractic manipulations, myofascial release techniques and rehab exercises and was able to return to play in just 3 short weeks. Dr. McCurdy now implements these same techniques in his clinical approach to treating his patient with a holistic combination of Active Release Techniques, evidence based chiropractic care and rehabilitative exercises and strength training to allow patients to perform at their maximum potential. Dr. Corey has since hung up his cleats and grabbed a clipboard as he is an E & F licensed soccer coach now.

In addition to a soccer coaching license, Dr. Corey also has a junior dog hunting title from the American Kennel Club (AKC) from which his passion for dog training has transpired. Dr. Corey is an avid outdoorsman, enjoys country music, movie marathons and playing golf on the weekends.
